At Venus Swim, we aim to make your shopping experience smooth from checkout to delivery. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about processing times, shipping options, costs, and delivery expectations.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 working days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your delivery.
Shipping Origin
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Sydney, New South Wales, Australia
Shipping Options & Rates
We work with reliable and trusted carriers to ensure your order arrives safely and on time:
- Domestic Orders (Australia): Shipped via Australia Post
- International Standard Shipping: Handled by Australia Post International
- International Express Shipping: Delivered through DHL Express. Available in selected regions including the United States.
Australia (Domestic Shipping)
- Standard Shipping: $10 AUD (flat rate)
- Express Shipping: $15 AUD (flat rate)
International Shipping
- Standard International Shipping: $25 AUD (flat rate)
- Express International Shipping: $55 AUD (flat rate)
- Express International Shipping (DHL): $60 AUD (flat rate) Available in selected regions including the United States.
We currently ship to selected countries across Europe, Asia, Oceania, North America, and South America. Shipping availability is shown at checkout.
Total Delivery Time
Delivery time includes both processing and shipping:
Australia
- Standard: 2–8 business days
- Express: 1–3 business days
International
- Standard: 6–27 business days
- Express: 3-7 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors.
Free Shipping
We offer free shipping Australia-wide on all orders over $200 AUD (automatically applied at checkout).
Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
For customers outside of Australia:
- Your order may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees upon arrival in your country
- These charges are not included in your order total
- The customer is responsible for paying these fees
Please note: Shipping carriers (such as DHL) may hold your parcel until these fees are paid.
Address Changes
Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to change the delivery address. Please ensure all shipping details are correct at checkout.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Venus Swim is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been delivered.
If you experience delivery issues:
- Contact the shipping provider directly: Australia Post (domestic and standard international orders) and DHL Express (express international orders, selected countries)
- Provide your tracking number for the latest updates
- For DHL shipments must be in transit for up to 14 days before being considerd lost.
If your package is confirmed lost, submit official documentation from Australia Post or DHL. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement shipment. For further assistance, you can contact our customer care team at: info@venusswim.com
Important Notes
- Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to customs delays, peak seasons, or unforeseen circumstances
- Venus Swim is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs clearance
- Orders will only be shipped after successful payment confirmation
