Our swimwear is designed with a cheeky, sculpting fit, meaning it may feel more fitted than standard styles. If you prefer more coverage or comfort, we recommend sizing up.

Garment Care
To keep your bikini looking its best:
- Hand wash gently in cold water with mild detergent
- Do not bleach or tumble dry
- Dry flat in the shade (avoid direct sunlight)
- Rinse after swimming in salt or chlorinated water
- Avoid rough surfaces that may cause snags
- Let sunscreen, oils, or fake tan fully absorb before wearing

Shipping & Delivery
All orders are shipped from Sydney, Australia.
For Australia:
- Standard: 3–5 business days ($10 AUD)
- Express: 1–3 business days ($15 AUD)
For International:
- Standard: 6–27 business days + 1–2 days processing ($25 AUD)
- Express: 3-7 business days + 1–2 days processing ($55 AUD)
Yes, free shipping on orders over $200 AUD.
Australia:
- Standard: 2–8 business days
- Express: 1–3 business days
International:
- 2–5 business days + 1–2 days processing
Yes, international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
No, once your order has been shipped, we are unable to change the delivery address.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery only if the item is:
- Faulty or defective
- Damaged upon arrival
- Not as described
For hygiene reasons, swimwear returns are only accepted in these situations.
No. Sale or promotional items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
Items must be:
- Unused and in original condition
- Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
- With all tags and hygiene sealsintact
Returns that do not meet hygiene standards will not be accepted.
We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for a change of mind, incorrect size selection, fit or style preferences, or minor colour variations caused by screen settings.
We also do not offer exchanges, including for sizing or change-of-mind requests.
For approved claims, we will offer one of the following:
- A replacement item (subject to availability), or
- A refund to the original payment method if requested by the customer
For approved faulty or incorrect items, return shipping costs will either be covered directly or reimbursed after proof of postage is provided.
Once your return request is approved, you may either:
- Purchase a prepaid return label through our portal, or
- Arrange shipping independently through your local postal service
We recommend using a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for returned items lost in transit without valid tracking.
To request a return:

- Include your order number and clear photo or video evidence
- Wait for approval and return instructions
- Send your item back following the instructions provided
Please do not send items back without approval, as they may not be processed.
Once your approved return is received and inspected, refunds are typically issued within 5–7 business days after approval.
You will receive confirmation once your:
- Refund is issued, or
- Replacement item is dispatched
Lost or Delayed Orders
Once your order is shipped, the courier is responsible for delivery.
- Contact Australia Post (domestic) or DHL Express (international)
- Use your tracking number for updates
If your package is confirmed lost:
- Provide official documentation from the courier
- We will arrange a replacement
